Streams

Streams and, their larger cousins, rivers are open water systems which carry sediment from higher elevation areas to lower elevations. Streams provide habitat for fish and other aquatic organisms and convey storm water runoff from uplands to rivers, lakes, and oceans. Streams are regulated by various federal, state, and local government entities.

Our firm has a strong background in the fields of stream consulting and engineering. We can assist you with any aspect of streams, from mapping and monitoring through permitting assistance to restoration and mitigation.
